1 Glass of wine.
3 Tablespoons Peanut butter
4 Tablespoons grated cheese
Nutmeg, salt and pepper

Boil the fish in water for 10 minutes, then stir until it crumbles and put aside. The Bechamel sauce is made with butter, flour, milk and wine, seasoned with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
After a few minutes, add the bechamel, the beaten yolks and the egg withes.
Grease a baking pan, pour the mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in a mediun-heated oven, for about twenty minutes .
To know when it's ready, stick a needle or pointed object. If it goes though easily, remove the tray from the oven.
